Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

If a tracking # is required by the customer an additional cost is associated, we will update your order with the tracking information once shipped. Please note that if you select our basic “free shipping” option orders using standard Australia Post mail it will not have a tracking number. By selecting “free shipping” you take full responsibility for the delivery of your order. Rimskins cannot and will not guarantee delivery if you select free shipping. If you have any concerns about your order being delivered, we strongly advise that you select and pay for tracking. 

PLEASE NOTE: Since Australia Post has changed their services, it now takes between 5-10 business days for your order to be delivered. If you require your order quicker, please use the upgraded service with tracking number.

Shipping rates are fixed for all destinations within Australia.

Returns

Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items will only be available for return under Rimskins Warranty policy if a manufacturer defect has occurred. A restocking fee of 20% will apply.

 

Exchanges

If your item is in new condition, you may request to exchange your item for a different colour within 14 days by notifying us via email (orders@rimskins.com.au) and sending a self-addressed postage paid parcel pack with your return. The return product must be in a saleable condition. A restocking fee of 20% will apply.
